Prohibited Materials
This location does not accept any dangerous goods or hazardous materials requiring shipping documents, including ORM-D
or Limited Quantity materials going air. Dangerous goods and hazardous materials include but are not limited to: explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives, radioactive materials and some lithium batteries.
Packages containing dangerous goods must be identified and packaged in accordance with the Hazardous Materials Regulations, as detailed in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Title 49, Parts 100-178. Violations of the Hazardous Materials Regulations may result in:
• Civil Penalties as high as $175,000 per violation, or
• Criminal Penalties as high as $500,000 per violation or up to 5 years imprisonment.
