While they later found my luggage for which I am grateful, the additional almost two hours roundtrip back to the airport and then back to my sister's home could not be made up for. This time lost could never be retrieved.

Soon after this I realized the pressing need for a shipping service in the travel industry. I have been in the shipping industry for almost 30 years, operating some of the most successful UPS Stores in South Florida. So, I brainstormed to develop along with help a hassle-free and trustable delivery service within the travel industry.
